Sent order I didnt need. I called numerous times.

They never responded.

You need to have a better system. How about a human taking a call

I didnt order the 2 ice and water filters. My water /filter hasnt been working.

So I dont need anymore filters. Anyway I always ordered them not to just have them arrive.

Couldnt get anyone to talk to at the company. Completely frustrated

I purchased the everydrop 1 for my ice maker/water in my Whirlpool refrigerator. I actually ordered the 2 pack and when I installed the 2nd one it leaked water all over the refrigerator.

I took it out and reinstalled it but it continued to leak. I had to purchase another one and when I installed it there was no leak.

So I know the filter that was in the 2 pack was defective. Since these filters are $60+ I would like a replacement or reimbursement for the faulty product. Please contact me with an answer.

I went to the website and followed directions to change the method of payment. This was not easy.

Your site is one of the most confusing and non-intuitive I have ever had to use. Very frustrating!

I bought two water filters at Lowe's and both of them didn't work. Water shot out everywhere and had to turn off the water to the refrigerator not before it flooded my kitchen floor.

I had to put the old filter back in which is 5 and a half months old and it stop the leaking. Is there a problem with your filters or did you have a problem with certain serial numbers or a certain batch?
